Kamandalu Resort & Spa is situated amidst lush green rice terraces close to Ubud, Bali's most celebrated artists' village and convenient to all the island's myriad attractions. Yet Kamandalu's hillside setting above the rushing Petanu River provides a blissful sense of seclusion and peace
 

Kamandalu Resort is one of Bali most idyllic resort takes its name from a sacred gourd depicted in the ancient Mahabharata epic. This vessel contained the Tirtha Amertha, holy water capable of giving everlasting life. Surrounded by springs from which water is still drawn for religious ceremonies, today's Kamandalu offers much the same soul-restoring reward by providing its guests with relaxation that is both energizing and blissfully languorous. 

 


Accommodation

Kamandalu resort created to resemble a traditional Balinese village which blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings. Each guest villa is uniquely designed and includes - either twin beds or a four poster king bed, a bathroom with large sunken bathtub, a private courtyard with outdoor shower, an IDD telephone, a personal music system, an in room safe, a mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, a hairdryer, satellite TV programming.
 

Within the Kamandalu resort complex there are: 8 Garden Pavilions, 5 Family Pavilions : All pavilions are combination of upper and lower bedrooms, 20 Garden Villas, 4 Jacuzzi Villas, 8 Royal Garden Villas: All villas feature spacious bedrooms, private free-from pools and Bale Bengongs. Some villas have their own living rooms or  two bedrooms, 1 presidential Villa which includes two luxurious grand bedrooms, a large private free pool and a Jacuzzi.

Kamandalu Spa
The luxurious Kamandalu Spa is indeed a sweet indulgence for both body and spirit, Traditional Asian healing principles are combined with western techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation. The world outside is forgotten as the mind wanders blissfully free. Natural spa located at the edge of a Bali mountain forest featuring private treatment rooms, hot and cold Jacuzzi bath, sauna rooms and beauty salon. Choose from a variety of relaxing massages, facial, herbal wraps and masques, body and aromatherapy treatments given in a secluded, beautiful environment.

Kamandalu has a large free form pool with swim-up bar, along with a children's pool. The tennis court is floodlit for evening play. Shaded pathways provide opportunities for strolling, jogging or mountain-biking.Three of Asia's most challenging and beautiful golf courses are just ninety minutes from Kamandalu.

The Bale Ketemu is fully equipped and serviced by experienced staff. It offer facilities suitable for anything from a serious business meeting to a private wedding party, from seminar to a sales meeting, from a sumptuous banquet to a lively cocktail gala. Capacity up to 150 persons can be accommodated for a cocktail reception. Capacity is 100 when guests are seated theatre-style or 50 a banquet tables. Half day and full day meeting packages are available. Lavish Balinese buffets , enchanting cultural performances and imaginative Theme Night parties can easily be arranged.
