required to declare a religion before a legal marriage. A Civil
Registry office of Indonesia will only able to record marriages
from the person with the religion that recognized by Indonesian
government and its law like Islam, Christian - Protestant,
Christian - Catholic, Buddhist and Hindu. Both Bride & Groom must
have the same religion. Otherwise one of them should make a
written declaration of religion change. |
In accordance with
Indonesian Law concerning marriages in Indonesia, marriage is
legitimate if it has been performed according to the laws of the
respective religious beliefs of the parties concerned. |

Religious Wedding Package
A religious wedding package arrangement is a
religious ceremony where there will be a blessed by
the PRIEST and only legal in the stage of religion
only. You will receive a marriage certificate from
the religion minister. |

You will experience two different ceremony, except those who are

those who have married for more than 25 years. Steps of

Blessing Package

some reason dont wish to be legally married in Bali
but do wish to experience a Balinese ceremony may
experience a Balinese blessing ceremony. It is
important to know that this is not a legal wedding
ceremony and no certification will be presented at
the end of it.

Certificate of
the religious marriage
Passport for foreign citizens
KTP (Identity Card) for Indonesian citizens
Birth Certificate
Certificate of Divorce or Death Certificate, from the previous
marriage if applicable
Photos 8 (six) pieces 4x6 both partner side by side (which man at
the right side)
Letter of No Impediment to get married in Bali from your consulate
in Bali (This document can be arranged
here by once you get
here. If the consulate has one in us)

legal wedding will only make when you have finalized your religious
wedding and able to present certificate of the religious marriage.
