USING ONLINE RESERVATION FORM
If you are registering for a trip using online reservation form, you should fill out reservation form for each trip all people who want to be considered as part of that trip party, and requesting to carefully read the form, complete it with true information/data and indicates whom takes responsibility persons for every information, bill, correspondent and etc. We will only use responsible person to send complete information and billing.

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation of your reservation when space is available on a trip and you pay your trip deposit, we reserve a confirmed spot for you and email a confirmation notice to the primary applicant in the party. While if you are registering alone, this is YOU). We will advise you through the email of any information about the trip and its confirmation together with the approval process include Participant approval form, Medical Approval Form, Liability Release Form. We / Bali-Travel-Online.com will give you a 10days period from your sign up date to cancel or transfer your reservation FREE OF CHARGE, unless the trip leaves within 30 days. After the 10 days, we assume you still want to participate, and you are then subject to penalties if you cancel reservation (you are advised to see cancellation chart)

WAIT LIST
If there is no space available when you make reservation, our team will place you on a wait list status, and your deposit holds your space there. As long as you remain on the waitlist, we assume you still want to participate if a space becomes available. We automatically move you onto the trip if an opening occurs. We will notify you via email. Then we will give you a 10days from that new date of sign up to cancel with a full refund, unless trip leaves within 30days. Afterwards we assume you still want to participate, and you then subject to penalties if you cancel the booking. (you are advise to see cancellation chart)

Once you move off the waitlist status and onto the trip, you acceptance is still subject to approval by the trip leader (you are remained to complete approval process). You should complete all approval forms when you receive them and return them to the leader, even if you are on the waitlist.

If your waitlisted group is a party of four or more, we may move smaller trip parties ahead of you in order to fill the trip. We will only do this within three month of the trip start date.

APPROVAL PROCESS
All trip reservation are subject to approval by the Bali-Travel-Online.com. We email a reservation confirmation to the primary contact, whether the party is on the trip or on the waitlist. Included in the packet are three forms for each trip applicant to complete: Participant Approval Questionnaire, the medical form, and the liability release form. Each trip applicant must promptly fill out and return these three forms to Bali-Travel-Online.com. You are subject to cancellation from a trip if you do not submit these three forms to the Bali-Travel-Online.com within 30days of making your reservation.

We will reviews these forms and makes sure that each trip applicant has the appropriate equipment, experience and physical conditioning to participate on this trip. We will contact you if you are not approved for the trip. In this case, we will refund any reservation payments you have made.
