Cancellation :

Should you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel, you must advise us or our agent in writing, and cancellation is not effective until we receive this letter. If you cancel at anytime prior to departure the cancellation fee will be US$50 per person plus any other charges made by hotels, tours, transportation and flights. If cancellation is made within 21 days of departure, the fee will be 25% of the cost of the package fare..

Refunds :

* No refunds on unused services.
* 75% refund if cancellation made 16 - 30days before the day of departure
* 50% refund if cancellation made 8 - 15days before the day of departure
* 25% refund if cancellation made 3 - 7days before the day of departure
* There is no refund when cancellation made on the day of departure date

Consumer Claims :

If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to claims@bali-travel-online.com

Our Responsibility :

We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
