CANCELLATION POLICY
INTERNATIONAL TIER
PRICING
Some international outings are tier-priced. This means a trip's
price is dependent upon the number of participants. Two prices are
listed for a trip, showing the sign up levels associated with
each.
Final billing is based on the sign up level at 90 days prior to
the trip start date. If, between billing and trip start dates, the
sign up level goes up sufficiently to qualify for the low-tier
price, we will apply the lower price and will process refunds on
the trip start date for any differences in amount paid. If the
sign up level drops after the final billing date, we will not
charge you the higher trip price.
Cancellations from
trips where the tier price has changed are subject to our
Reservation and Cancellation policy. All regular cancellation fees
will apply to these reservations.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our trip prices do not include travel to and from a trip's
starting point. Travel to/from the starting point is your
responsibility. We will provide trip rosters to participants in
arranging their own carpools. On some destination, you may be
recommend to make your travel arrangement through the our specific
network.
TRIPS CANCELLED
OR CHANGED BY BALI-TRAVEL-ONLINE.COM
On rare occasions, we must cancel or change trips. If this occurs,
the Bali-Travel-Online.com's responsibility is limited to a refund of any
trip reservation money you have already paid. Bali-Travel-Online.com is
not responsible for airlines tickets, other tickets or payments, or
any similar penalties that you may incur as a result of any trip
cancellations or changes.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS
You must notify us directly if you need to cancel a trip. You can
contact us anytime at ++62 361 282694
The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you
notify the Customer service of your cancellation. We have no
authority to grant or promise refunds.
The Cancellation policy applies to all reservation, regardless of
whether or not we have notified you of approval. The Bali-Travel-Online.com regrets that it can not make exceptions to the
cancellation policy for any reason, include personal emergencies.

There is NO Cancellation Penalties Apply Under the following
Circumstances :
- Cancellation from a confirmed position within 10days of the
receipt of the application by the Bali-Travel-Online.com. This 10days
Period is not applicable if the trip start date is within 30days.
- Disapproved by the Bali-Travel-Online.com (after approval forms have
been received by us)
- Trip date change, Trip Change, or trip cancelled by Bali-Travel-Online.com
- Cancellation from waitlist status.

addition to medical and evacuation insurance, we encourage
trip members to purchase travel insurance to cover the
costs of the above fees, airfare, and other non refundable
expenses should you cancel your reservation. |
