Overview
Very new but already setting new standards
of quality accommodation and service for Batam. We were charmed by the smiling,
attentive and well trained staff and their genuine efforts to master fluent
English. The lobby lounge would do justice to any hotel anywhere in the
world as would the terrace pool and associated recreational facilities. The
views from the rooftop pub and beer garden are spectacular. |
If you like to be
pampered then the private massage and body care suites are
something to behold. And yes, the rooms and suites live up to the
rest of the hotel. As you may have gathered we were impressed.
