Deposits

• A deposit of 25% from the total package is required at the time when your booking is confirmed by the Bali-Travel-Online.com team We will enclose our billing details or our billing statement together with the confirmation statement.

• You are advised to download payment form available at the www.bali-travel-online.com/payment_form.htm  

• Bali-Travel-Online.com accepts payment by credit card (Visa & Master Card)

• Print the payment form, fill it up with all required information and signed.

• Fax the form after duly signed to our office at 62 361 282694 together with a copy of your passport

• Bali-Travel-Online.com will add 3% from the total amount of our billing when transaction using credit card for either visa or master. The additional amount of 3% will automatically goes to the bank for their service charge.

• You will be advise if we require additional information or for some reason your card may be declined.

• Bali-Travel-Online.com team will send you an online receipt.

Final Payment

• The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach Bali-Travel-Online.com no later than 30 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation changes.

• If you have sent the payment form to our office, we will remain you - whether we can use the payment form that you sent for deposit or may have to get sent from you.

• Bali-Travel-Online.com team will send you an online receipt.

Does the Bali-Travel-Online.com provide Online payment system?

• Bali-Travel-Online.com does not provide online payment system because our banks (Indonesia Banking System) does not supply online payment software.

• Bali-Travel-Online.com provides payment form linked from our main page or in the button of payment.

• Bali-Travel-Online.com requests clients to print the form our and fill it manually, then send it by fax to our office, our account department will make an offline process referred to complete information that you wrote on payment form.

• Our offline system process has given you in a NO RISK position. All payment charged to your account are guaranteed. If you find the unreliable charge or unauthorized charge, please write us. Our company does guarantee of a full refund!

• By faxing your details or the payment form, our company guarantee of security at each transaction.
